2. Refund Requests After 24 Hours

If your order has been processed or dispatched (i.e., more than 24 hours have passed), it is no longer eligible for a full refund. In some cases, we may offer a partial refund, depending on the situation.

3. Partial Refunds for Late Requests

For orders eligible for partial refunds (after 24 hours), we offer up to 50% of the order amount. This is to cover handling costs and expenses related to recalling the package from processing or customs.

4. No Refund After Shipment

Once your package has been shipped and you have received tracking information, the order is no longer eligible for a refund. Please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order to avoid any issues.

5. Insurance & Customs Issues

All orders are insured during transit. If your package is held up or detained by customs and is not released, we will issue a full refund. While customs delays are beyond our control, we will assist in resolving any issues to the best of our ability.

6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or due to issues caused by the customer, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs. Please double-check your shipping information before finalizing your order to avoid these issues.
